Our new creation: An Alzheimer cabaret.
Hopefully an unforgettable one!

It is a co-creation between Tamara Astor, an actor-singer and clown trained at Gaulier, and Sophie Besse - PSYCHEdelight's AD - a theatre director specialised in bringing life stories to the stage through clowning and visual poetry.
It is a one-woman show with audience participation.

We just had a first work in progress sharing at our venue partner, the Park Theatre, and received a lot of encouraging feedbacks as well as a fantastic invitation from neurologists working in Alzheimer's research who were present at the sharing: Our cabaret show will be part of the Alzheimer's Association International Conference, as an artistic exploration that highlights key insights about Familial Alzheimer's Disease while giving an empowering voice to those affected or at risk.

With this first timeline in mind, we also hope to be part of the Brighton Fringe beforehand and to follow the conference with a London run in autumn- winter 2026.

'The mask work was absolutely fantastic. Can't believe you sang in that position!'
'So personal and universal at the same time. So rich and beautiful with the songs, the mask, the clowning and everything. It was fantastic!'
'I loved that you played with us as well. Loved the tonal shifts. As an audience you are not just sitting there, you are part of a wild journey and that is amazing!'
